The South Texas Football Officials Association is proud to welcome the TASO Football Clinician and ACC Football Replay Official , Bill Stimmel. Bill will be leading the 2025 South Texas Rules Clinic. We invite all officials who want to expand there knowledge of the New and existing NCAA Football rules , Mechanics and UIL exceptions. Breakfast will be provided and we will have a Officials Gear Outlet on site for all of your material and uniform needs.
